The main functions of the role will be to update and digitalise documentation and processes and to ensure continuity between internal IT system information of products. Additional functions are to support the wider team on smaller projects to help drive continuous improvement and digital transformation.
 
The role requires the ability to be able to multi-task and to support a number of team members within the department, making sure all activities, processing and turn-around times are met.    

Administration
·         Assist in amending and formatting documentation in line with standard templates for rebranding
·         Produce standardised document templates
·         Produce guidance documents to support product development, eLearning and implementation processes
·         Maintain file systems to enable easy navigation and access to files and documentation
·         Ensure Product information is updated and maintained consistently across the appropriate internal IT systems (to include Prodrive, Websites, QLMS, Centres hub and any e-Assessment solutions)
·         Quality check system information and report anomalies to the Product ManagerSupporting the Product Teams
·         Assist with booking and arranging team meetings
·         Collate and provide Product updates for centre updates and marketing communications
·         To provide administrative support to all teams across the department as requested
·         Collaboratively work with others, sharing your experience, taking responsibility for workload
·         Contribute to team meetings by providing updates on own workloads and projects
·         Collaborate with other department teams on a regular basis and provide support to the wider business as required
·         Collate data for reports and provide data to relevant stakeholders 

Hours: 9am to 5pm - Hybrid working
