- Staff Partners Business are happy to be working alongside an ever-growing company based in the centre of Hertford. Our client is searching for an experienced administrator to join their team. The purpose of the role is to support the Commercial Team by administrating changes commercially within the business. Also to work with Logistic companies to price new / existing business to mitigate any risks and improve profitability.
Key tasks
• Create and maintain the commercial information for all current business• Create commercial information for all new business.• Support commercial department by pricing logistics for new or current routes• Liaise with Logistic companies with price changes and administer the changes internally• Work closely with Finance, Compliance, Operations to provide commercial information as changes are made in the business• Support Finance with any commercial queries with the supply chain• Support Senior Management with projects and ad hoc tasks• Develop and maintain industry knowledge and market information
What we’re looking for;
A reliable applicant who is keen to join a friendly and focused team for a long-term career and ready to hit the ground running. The candidate will ideally be proficient in IT, especially with the Microsoft package, have a positive, can do attitude and be attentive to details. Industry experience is not essential as full training will be given.
