- Description
- We are working with a national business who are looking for a customer service coordinator to join their team on a 12 month FTC basis until the end of March 2023. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the customer service team whilst also providing a direct support to customers.
Key responsibilities:- Provide customer care and support over the phone, through email and social media.
- Register new candidates and verify their details.
- Help maintain data quality on company systems.
- Processing new certifications.
- Processing of customer forms.
- Coordinate the administration of training centres.
- Report suspicious activities and/or potential malpractice/maladministration to the appropriate External Quality Manager.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to teams across the department as required.
Key requirements:- Strong administration ability with experience of data handling and entry.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience working within a customer service environment and providing a high level of customer care.
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Duration: Until the end of March 2023
