- Description
- We are currently working with a national automotive dealer who are looking to hire a permanent Fleet Sales Administrator to join their team. The successful applicant will take responsibility for the smooth administration of vehicle sales and the building of effective customer relationships throughout the process.
Key responsibilities- Entering and processing customer orders and order details onto the company database.
- Management of vehicle processing from order to delivery.
- Informing customers on the progress of their orders.
- Answering customer queries and concerns regarding the process of their orders.
- Providing customers with pricing information regarding the company’s models and variations/options.
- Liaising with on-site teams to ensure vehicles are prepared and equipped to customer specification and standards.
- General administration duties/support.
Key requirements- Previous experience working within an administration role.
- Strong administration skills including organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good customer service and relations skills.
