Staff Partners Business are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor for a role within the NHS based in London. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months but expected to last for at least a year.
· Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff and staff representatives, developing trust and credibility at the division.
· Acting as a bridge to the HR Operations team when queries are not being resolved in a timely manner.
· Support the HR Assistants, including managing and coaching when needed.
· Provide support on culture programmes.
· Support development for new models of working.
· Help design and deliver training interventions.
Key requirements:
· Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) member.
· Previous experience in employee relations, with examples of working on complex cases and satisfying stakeholders in conflict.
· Previous experience in implementation of HR strategy, change management, and measurement of performance.
· Experience in delivering resourcing strategies/initiatives for a large organisation.
· Previous experience with the provision of HR legal and specialist advice.
