Job Overview
The Employee Relations (ER) Advisor will provide first line Human Resources advice and support to employees and managers, in accordance with the companies policies and procedures and good employment practices. They will work in partnership with the Senior Employee Relations Advisors and HR Business Partnering team to deliver an effective HR service, and will be the first point of contact for providing efficient, responsive and reliable advice for all general HR enquires.Duties
- Managing Sickness Absence Management- Employee relations including : Policies, General HR advice, Compliance

Experience
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role, with a focus on employee relations ideally with public sector experience
- Proficiency in ESR System
- Strong communication skills to interact with employees and stakeholders effectively
- CIPD level 5 or working towardsPlease note this is on a temporary basis paid via Umbrella
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: £20.00-£23.00 per hour
