Staff Partners Business are happy to be working alongside an award-winning insurance broker based in Brentwood who are searching for account executives to join their expanding team. Our client is searching for someone with a minimum of 3 years within commercial insurance brokerage who can hit the ground running. This position provides a market leading commission structure, enabling a high potential to earn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing relationships with existing clients and identifying new clients through effective marketing activities.
- Establish and manage with each client a renewal strategy in accordance with the companies’ procedures/aims to maximise renewal success.
- Responsible for ensuring clients are correctly and adequately insured for all their insurance exposures and that correct advice is given.
- Ownership of client accounts, resolving queries and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Due diligence in administration, policy documents and processes
- Handle any complaints in accordance with regulations, the company’s conduct policy, guide to best practice & the FCA.
Requirements- Prior experience within a similar role and able to demonstrate new business wins.
- A minimum of 3 years Commercial insurance knowledge
- Ability to multitask and manage a varied workload.
- Experience of developing strategies to support own portfolio.
- Ability to develop relationships face to face and business to business.
- Be a confident individual that is used to speaking to key stakeholders.
- Professional insurance qualifications, with a willingness to study further as needed.

Earnings of £50,000 OTE within your first year (£38,000 - £40,000 base salary)
