Are you able to multi-task and work to various deadlines?
We are working with a fantastic client in Hertford whom require a Customer Service Coordinator to support their Customer Service Team.
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday - office based for the first 6 months with potential to move to a Hybrid position.
The purpose of the role is to support and the retain the businesses member community by coordinating all interatcion and activity to a high standard of customer care.
Tasks:
- Data Input
- Scanning
- CRM updating of records
- Contact query handling via social media and telephone
- Supporting the team with administration tasks
To be succesful you will need excellent administration and customer service.
