Staff Partners Business are happy to be working alongside a property organisation based in Hemel Hempstead who are searching for an experienced HR administrator. The organisation is searching for an individual who can perform comprehensive administrative support tothe Group HR Manager while adhering to confidentiality policies. The postholder will be required to resolve any HR and payroll related queries while acting as a friendly point of contact for the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing employment contracts, actioning contract changes, and processing any pre-employment checks.
- General filing.
- Supporting HR projects.
- Managing day to day telephone/HR inbox from internal and external sources.
- Administration of company benefits
- Preparation and management of all HR related employee correspondence & documentation
Recruitment:- Support with general administrative duties for all recruitment activity
- Prepare and post new campaigns
- Assist with Payroll administration, using Sage 50 Cloud Payroll
- New Starters and Leavers
- Issuing P45’s
- Supporting with EOY
Skills and Qualities:- 2 years administrative experience.
- Understanding of confidentiality and HR principles
- Highly organised
- 1 years within a HR department (Desirable)
- CIPD L3 (Desirable)
£22,000
Hemel Hempstead – Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Monday to Friday
9am to 5:15pm
