Staff Partners Business are offering a fixed term contract for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of a lovely client in Stansted Airport. The contract will last for 9 to 12 months and requires you to provide a market leading level of service to all passengers, crew, and visitors to the firm. The post-holder will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors in an attentive and professional manner while ensuring that all expectations and needs are met. In this position, you are required to be flexible on the hours worked due to shifts being dependant on flights.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greeting of all airside flights and escorting of passengers, providing a highly effective and efficient service during their arrival and prior to their departure.
- Providing a highly efficient and effective service to all crew during their arrival and prior to their departure ensuring all their needs are met.
- Ensuring all passengers and crew are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Always adhering to safety and security procedures.
- Serving of refreshments to passengers, crew and visitors whilst ensuring high levels of service.
- Carrying out cleaning duties within areas of responsibility.
- Inter department communication to ensure the passenger experience is seamless.
- Preparation and planning for the following day and future flights.
- Ensuring that any incidents or accidents are reported to Management immediately.
- Completion of shift report and handover to ensure information is communicated between shifts.
- Dealing with petty cash ensuring it is balanced correctly.
- Liaising with Authorities to clear passengers and crew.
- Performing of any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company.
Qualifications:
- It is essential that the place holder holds a driving license and has access to their own vehicle. The location of this vacancy can only be accessed by car.
Tuesday to Saturday
8:30am to 5pm – You need to be flexible and available on short notice as shifts can start as early as
3am and end as late as 10pm dependant on flights.
£22,000 - £23,000 per annum
