Staff Partners Business are searching for a sales executive in Barking on behalf of a lovely client. Our client is asking for an experienced sales executive to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will require you to communicate with clients over the telephone in order to retain and upsell to existing clients.
• Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from our existing customers
• Range selling to existing customers to develop and grow our market share.
• Converting new business opportunities through active prospecting in line with company’s vision and goals
• Ensure that all existing customers are contacted regularly over the month to ensure customer loyalty by advising on our special offers and range
• Converting new business opportunities through actively prospecting and using our Lead generation platform
• Keep customer information always updated
• Effectively listen and respond to customers' needs
• Maintains accounts database in high level
• Previous sales or Account experience
• Food and Grocery knowledge
• Excellent telephone manner
• Fluent speaking English
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to work well within a targeted environment and to work well under pressure.
Full Time – 8:30am to 5:00pm
Monday to Friday
£22,500 per annum
