- Staff Partners Business are working alongside a lovely company based in Leeds who are searching for a Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time basis. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for processing orders, closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. This role requires you to hit KPI’s through upselling products while ensuring inbound calls are handled promptly.
Main Responsibilities- Complete the daily customer call plan to capture orders
- Answering incoming calls efficiently and effectively
- Process orders in an accurate manor
- Processing customer proforma payments
- Up sell products to all customers
- Cold call potential customers advising them of the products and services BFP has to offer
- Researching and addition of potential customers to the pipeline
- Answering questions about BFP or its products and services
- Handling complaints in a professional manor to uphold the company’s reputation
- Asking questions to understand customers’ requirements and close sales
- Enter and update information into the system and CRM
- Go the extra mile to exceed the sales budget
- Achieve KPI’s and targets
Knowledge, skills, and experience- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales objectives over the phone
- Good knowledge of I.T systems and CRM software
- Ability to learn about products and describe them to customers
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

£25,000
