- Staff Partners Business are happy to be working alongside an established accountancy firm in Basildon who are searching for an effective HR People Coordinator to join their team. The role of People Development Co-ordinator is ultimately to work collaboratively with the People team to help develop and support a world class employee experience, which differentiates our client from their competitors. The perfect candidate should be experienced in HR process through either CIPD training or relevant on the job experience including, but not limited to, experience in roles with responsibilities for delivering, managing, or implementing training and development activities.
The key responsibilities of this role are to:- Participation in weekly people team pulse meetings & monthly strategy meetings and taking ownership of ongoing employee experience & development projects arising
- Working closely with your assigned business partner lead to support and develop the employee experience within that business unit
- Support wider development of firm wide strategic employee experience projects as part of the People Team
- Take the lead in some key factors of the Best Companies employee engagement process firm wide (Team Collaboration & ESG)
- Support the RL Development Academy training programme on Learning Management System, working closely with People Director, business partner & HR administrator
to ensure learning and development requirements for your business unit are met and continue to innovate content options - Support all areas of the employee life-cycle from recruitment, on-boarding, induction process and exit management for team members within your assigned business
partner unit - Pro-active involvement and development of other employee focus initiatives as part of the People Team

Technical Skills:

- Ability to review, streamline and document procedures
- Skilled in use of core Microsoft products
- Awareness of HRIS or LMS technology and experience of practical use
would be an advantage although not essential
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience of training and development through either CIPD training or through on the job training in relevant role with responsibilities for delivering,
managing or implementing training and development activities - Demonstrable experience with building rapport with people at all levels
- Database management or similar experience would be advantageous
Monday to Friday - 9am – 5pm
£28,000 - £30,000
