Staff partners recruitment is working with a client in the Education sector for a HR Recruitment and Administrator role this will be a Temp to Perm opportunity, you will be supporting the HR Team HR in the provision of a high quality and customer-focused HR & Recruitment administration service.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR and recruitment administration queries
- Proactively manage the HR Inbox, ensuring that queries are answered within the service level agreement (SLA) and any concerns escalated appropriately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and submit personnel/payroll in line with deadlines, ensuring that all
- Produce all relevant HR documentation in a timely manner, escalating any concerns as necessary
- Accurately maintain HR system, undertaking regular audits to ensure that any anomalies are appropriately resolved and/or escalated
- Produce workforce HR reports
- Minute-take for employee relations cases, HR meetings, as necessary
- Provide customer-focused end to end recruitment service to the schools within the Trust, including preparing adverts and job descriptions
- Proactively manage the recruitment inbox
- Receive and effectively manage job applications, interview packs and interview invitations, always practicing the highest level of safeguarding
- Produce accurate and timely recruitment correspondence including offer letters and contracts of employment
- Undertake all pre-employment and DBS checks
- Undertake safer recruitment processes for centralised staff
- Proactively build relationships to encourage continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
- Role model and provide excellent customer service to staff and managers embodying the Trusts’ values within own working practices
- Actively participate and encourage learning on all HR policies, processes, and practices with management and staff.
