- Description
- We are currently working with a rapidly growing company based in Coventry for an experienced Scheduler to join their team, The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring workloads and driving performance improvements and needs to be an excellent communicator with the ability and organisational skills to plan effectively.
Key responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact to all Engineers to keep them fully occupied daily.
- Correctly log all Sickness and Absence and contact the relevant managers.
- Ensure the Job Logic System is kept up to date with accurate job notes from the
engineers. - Following advice from the Helpdesk Team, ensure all jobs are attended to within the
correct contractual timescales. - Assist the Helpdesk Team periodically with answering of telephones and emails.
- Keep in constant contact with all engineers as to the progress of all work orders.
- Assist the Helpdesk Team with the booking in of jobs directly with the customers and Daily closing of jobs.
- Ensure the Engineers Vehicles are managed, monitored, and maintained in accordance
with the vehicle lease requirements.
- Requires specialist knowledge and high degree of initiative.
- IT Skills preferably MS Office
- Previous Maintenance Engineering Scheduling Experience required.
- Also experience ofworking within a Helpdesk Team previously and has experience of working and dealing wide range of customers.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate appropriately at all levels
- Ability to work on own or as part of a team.
- Takes pride in work and has willingness to succeed
