Staff partners are looking for a Senior HR People Administrator, to be successful in the role, you will need to be a seasoned HR Administrator with in-depth knowledge of either the Recruitment or Onboarding process.
· Allocate and monitor workload for a team of Administrators.
· HR processes and implementing performance-based conversations. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
· Provide support and deliver training to the team including regular 1:1’s.
· Be a recognised Subject Matter Expert in one or more areas, related to either HR processes or systems.
· Manage stakeholders to ensure queries are dealt with in a timely manner, meeting agreed service levels and customer expectations.
· Manage a caseload within the HR & Recruitment case management system, ensuring that all relevant transactions are recorded and actioned appropriately.
· Maintain high governance standards.
· Liaise with Resource/Hiring Managers to provide and get updates on vacancies and candidates.
· Perform accurate and timely employee administration and transaction processes.
· CIPD qualification.
