- Description
- We are currently working with a national car dealer group who are looking to hire a Credit Controller to join their Credit Control Team. You will help support the organisation through the control and minimisation of debts.
Key responsibilities:- Checking the credit of customers.
- Approving and denying credit based on industry standards.
- Negotiate payment plans, terms, and conditions.
- Organise repayments including in co-ordination with Debt Counsellors.
- Supervise repayments and issue overdue invoices when necessary.
- Initiate legal proceedings on unpaid debts when necessary.
- Liaise with bailiffs and solicitors when necessary.
- Implement any changes in the company’s credit control process.
Requirements:- Previous experience in credit control.
- Relevant qualifications are preferred.
- Full driver’s license held for at least 6 months and with less than 9 points.
Hours: 37.5 per week.
Pay: £23,000 to £28,500 depending on experience.
