We are working with a surgery in Finsbury Park N4 who are looking for a Patient services supervisor on a full time permanent basis.

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

The Patient services Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of our busy reception team; ensuring services are delivered in accordance with practice procedures and protocols and within required time-scales.

Applicants will need proven supervisory experience along with recent experience within an NHS Gp surgery, excellent communication/interpersonal and IT/administrative skills and have the ability to work flexibly as part of a team whilst managing their own workload.

Accuracy and attention to detail are also essential requirements as is the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a busy environment.

Our client needs the candidate to hit the ground running so experience of using EMIS along with previous NHS Gp experience would be essential
