Staff Partners Business are happy to be working alongside an established law firm in Hertford who are currently searching for a business support admin to join their team. This role will require you to manage and maintain records while supporting budgeting and bookkeeping appointments. If this role sounds like the role for you, please apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make arrangements and ensuring adequate records are kept in all matters pertaining to office management (i.e. contractors, visitors);
- Organising and maintaining records pertaining to company business in accordance with case management standards.
- Manage the collection, drop off and distribution of all incoming and outgoing post, DX and email communications Dealing with general telephone enquiries.
- Managing agendas/travel arrangements and appointments for senior management team when required.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled report.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary and to research new deals and source new suppliers as and when required.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as may be required or directed by your manager.
Office based – Full Time - £18,000 to £20,000 – 9am to 5pm
Hertford – accessible from Hertford East station
