- Description
- Staff partners are currently working with a client in the North London area for an experienced HR/Payroll Administrator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience you will be working along side the Head of HR, the success candidate will be the first point of contact for all HR and payroll queries providing quality advice onpossible solutions.
- Carrying out HR inductions for all our new starters.
- Collect and calculate time records of hourly employees
- 2 years’ experience in a HR and payroll admin role
- Expert knowledge of labour law
- Computer literate and Experience of using IT systems
- Experience of producing accurate documentation/contracts and reports
- Ability to prioritise changing work demands, work under pressure, identify risks and
- Recognise key stakeholders, providing timely communications to all relevant parties
- Effective and clear communications using a range of media
- Record sickness and annual leave
- Updating HR documents and employee records
- Answering HR-related queries/employee queries
- Minimum Level 5 CIPD (Associate member)
£26,000 - £30,000
