- Staff Partners Business are happy to be offering a temporary contract for a lovely client in Bristol. Our client is looking for a Hr and recruitment assistant to join them on a temporary basis with an immediate start. Our client needs someone with a strong administrative background and a desire to learn and excel. This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced HR candidate as well as candidates looking to take their first step into HR and recruitment.
Requirements for the role:- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively to ensure agreed deadlines are met
- Proficient IT skills with a good working knowledge of word processing
- Knowledge of using iTRENT
- (Word or equivalent) and spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent) and a willingness to learn new applications and technology as appropriate
- Good analytical/problems solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative, both independently and co-operatively as part of a team and to work under pressure
- Ability to file and retrieve information, both in paper and electronic formats and an understanding of the need to handle information securely and confidentially
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate within the business and with customers.
40 hours per week
£14 per hour
Monday to Friday
