- Staff Partners Business are happy to be working with a family run business in the centre of Hertford who are searching for a customer advisor to join their rapidly expanding team. This role is on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will require you to coordinate with both contractors and customers in order to solve their plumbing needs.
Key Duties:- Coordinating with customer and contractors.
- Delivering prices to customers in a reactive environment.
- Supervising office staff to ensure they are working together to ensure smooth running of the office
- Delivering quotes to customer for follow on works.
- Handling customer inquiries, suppliers, and engineer queries via telephone & email
Key Requirements:- Have previous Sales experience
- Be able to run a sales office
- Have a confident and enthusiastic manner
- Be confident on the computer
- Enjoy all administration duties
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Can work well within a team and independently
- Be reliable and trustworthy
- Be hardworking and dedicated
- Have a high level of literacy and numeracy
- Be keen to learn new skills and take on responsibilities
An8-hour shift basis, working 5 days a week. The shifts will cover the following working hours – 08:00 – 17:00, 09:00 – 18:00, 10:00 – 19:00, 11:00 – 20:00, 12:00 – 21:00, 13:00 – 22:00
£25,000 to £27,000
