- Staff Partners Business are currently working with a well established insurance provider based in Hertfordshire who are looking for a number of Customer Advisor's to join the ever-growing insurance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain reputable experience in a fantastic organisation where you will receive continuous training and support.
Standard office hours are 08:30 - 17:30 (Mon - Fri). 1 on 1 off Saturdays at 08:30 - 12:00.
Requirements- Will take pleasure in speaking to your customers, taking the time to listen, build relationships and really understand the clients requirements.
- Can think on your feet and deal with any incoming problems and wider issues that some clients may face.
- Will be able to understand all relevant insurances queries.
- Ambitious and eager to learn/adapt.
- Be able to build rapport and provide clients with the best possible solution to their queries.
