We are working with a fantastic client on the outskirts of Hertford whom require a Customer Service Adminsitration to join their team.
This role focussing on supporting their membership team and coordinating activities with excellent customer service at all times. This role requires the ability to multi-task, making sure all activities, processing and turn-around times are met.
Key Responsibilties:- New customer registration and data validation.
- New customer welcome engagement.
- Ad-hoc customer query handling via email, social media, and telephone.
- Daily customer-care activities through phone, email, social media, and web.
- Customer retention activities including customer upgrades
- Processing data on spreadsheets including resignations and withdrawing customers
- Process and chase customer payments
- To provide adminsitrative support to all teams across the department as requested
