Staff Partners Business are working a fabulous new client based in Harlow who are looking for a Microsoft 365 administrator on a permanent basis. The role is working for a manufacturing company who have been established for over 20 years. The company have a network of international partners, with subsidiaries in the US and Asia.
The Role
As the Microsoft 365 Administrator, you'll be a part of an ever-expanding team who are desperate for someone to come in and improve the current IT systems. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you will be tasked with an on-going project to maximise the potential and capabilities of the Microsoft 365 within the company.
Duties
- Promoting the use of Microsoft 365 tools
- Training on all user facing Microsoft 365 components
- Reviewing Microsoft 365 deployment
- Data Migration
- Championing Microsoft Teams
- Collaboration with wider IT team
- Administrating Microsoft 365 components with Manager Server Provider
- Other IT projects going on within the company
- Occasional support for Head Office
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with business users, Senior IT personnel & Project Managers
- Communication with stakeholders
- Being the expert on all things Microsoft 365, sharing knowledge with training departments to further knowledge of systems within the business.
- Documenting and Presenting results to head of IT and wider team.
Qualifications/Knowledge
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Great interpersonal skills
- Keeping up to date with all things Microsoft 365 and any updates that come with it
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Problem solving frame of mind
- Any of the following qualifications
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Other relevant Microsoft qualifications will be considered, especially training
