Are you familiar with all round office practices, administration, marketing, and customer service?

We are working with a well-established business based on the outskirts of Hertford (access via Hertford North Line). They are looking for a central services coordinator to support the team with a high level of customer service to their members and administration.
Member & Centre Administration & Customer Care Support (75%)
·First line Centre customer care activities through phone, email, social media and
web(Daily)
·New candidate registration and data validation.
·Maintenance of centre data quality and integrity on systems.
·All certification processing
·Processing and distribution of Centres Hub forms
·Coordinate effective running of accredited assessor workshops and process all
relevant documents in line with requirements.
·Ad-hoc centre query handling via email, social media and telephone.
·Maintenance of centre data quality and integrity on systems.
·Process Accredited approvals in line with procedures.
Providing Administrative Support (25%)
·To provide administrative support to all teams across the department as requested
including support for careers related activity
·Suggest enhancements to the service provision to add value for members & centres and
maximise member/centre interest in additional products and services.
·Pro-active liaison with key stakeholders about complex issues.
·Collaboratively work with others, sharing your experience, taking responsibility for workload
and strive for excellence.
·Contribute to team meetings and encourage others to do the same.
Cross work with other department teams on a regular basis and provide support to the
wider business as required.
·Support the Centre Services Manager in the delivery of project and departmental
objectives as required.
·Provide data as required, including but not limited to need verification reports,
registration/certification reports, IMI Accreditation centre reports.
·New member registration and data validation.
·New member welcome engagement.
·Member retention activities
To be successful in this position you will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, have excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.
