Staff partners are working with a local client who are looking for a well organised Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Team.
· Working predominantly on the Sales Ledger
· Posting and allocating Key Customer remittances (daily basis)
· Multi-currency Bank Reconciliations
· Working closely with our credit control department to investigate aged balances
· Customer Cheques processing
· Monitor key accounts email inbox
· Ad hoc accounts and administration tasks as required
· Minimum 1 years’ experience working within a finance department?
· Strong IT skills and in particular Excel
· Good time management, with the ability to work to deadlines
· Willingness to learn and develop your career within a supportive environment
· Highly organised and able to work on own initiative
Hours: Mon – Fri 8.15am - 4.45 pm (1 day per week WFH on completion of probation)
Holidays: 23 days + bank holidays
