Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Administrator to join our busy in-house marketing team based in Chiswick. The successful applicant will collaborate with our Marketing Account Managers to create and co-ordinate the development & maintenance of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud System, plus help support with marketing and database administrative tasks.
The Marketing Communications Administrator role is split into two different responsibilities. The first part is to organise, manage and develop our Salesforce Marketing Cloud system across the group. This includes sending email & sms communications, creation & development of automated journeys and tracking performance with our Marketing Account Managers to ensure this is a successful part of the business.
The other part of the role will be assisting our Marketing & CRM administration team to guarantee all functions are carried out in accordance with set procedures and manufacturer standards. You will be required to track new enquiries into the business, check user performance and carry out tasks on our CRM and related dealer & manufacturer systems.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for marketing and has experience or the capability to work in a busy administrative position.
Having a good understanding or keen interest in Marketing would be an advantage, although, this is not essential as full training will be given.

- Day-to-day management of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud system
- Creating and developing automated journeys to ensure optimal performance, working with Account Managers and using own initiative
- Working alongside our content creator to acquire necessary assets for email and sms campaigns
- Achieving short- and long-term targets against key measurable metrics
- Share responsibility of required tasks in line with manufacturer procedures to ensure all leads into the business are being dealt with effectively
- Assist the CRM and Database Manager to ensure our CRM and related systems are effectively maintained.
- Administrative support for general marketing tasks including our website, point of sale ordering, events and stock maintenance
Person Specification
- A passion and understanding of marketing and the motor industry
- Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- A keen eye for detail with excellent administrative skills
- Understanding of analytics & metrices and their role when evaluating performance.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Good written, communication and proof-reading skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- The capability to work well within a team, but be self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative.
