- Description
- We are working with a national business who are looking for a customer service coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis until the end of March. In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the customer service team whilst also providing a direct support to customers.
Key responsibilities:- Provide customer care and support over the phone, through email and social media.
- Register new candidates and verify their details.
- Help maintain data quality on company systems.
- Processing new certifications.
- Processing of customer forms.
- Coordinate the administration of training centres.
- Report suspicious activities and/or potential malpractice/maladministration to the appropriate External Quality Manager.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to teams across the department as required.
Key requirements:- Strong administration ability with experience of data handling and entry.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience working within a customer service environment and providing a high level of customer care.
Pay: £12.91 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Duration: Until the end of March.
