- Description
- We are working with a great private medical practiced based in Golders Green who are looking to hire a Medical Secretary on a temporary basis for an initial period from the 7th of December to Friday the 7th of January. This position will offer training relevant to the role and systems prior to the beginning of the assignment.
Key responsibilities:- Audio typing - We use an analogue pedal system
- Arranging appointments by telephone and email
- Diary management
- Managing messages and prescription requests over the phone and via email
- New patient registration
- Scanning to and updating patient records in MidexPro or a similar medical CRM
- Face to face meeting and greeting of patients
- Opening and distributing post
- Preparing sample collection tubes, containers, and request forms
- Photocopying and faxing
- Ensuring all rooms are tidy, presentable, and appropriately stocked throughout the day
Pay: £11.50 to £12.00 per hour depending on experience.
Hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Duration: 7th of December to Friday the 7th of January.
