- Staff Partners Business are currently working with a nation-wide engineering solutions provider based in Harlow who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent position where the successful applicant will carry out front line sales calls alongside a supportive administrative function.
Key responsibilities- Support quote generation and client correspondence.
- Maintaining the CRM system with client data and updates.
- Lead generation and appointment booking.
- Internal communication with the nationwide sales team, product specialist, finance team and engineering specialists.
- Generate sales order information packs for the engineering department.
Key requirements- Previous experience working within a sales/telesales environment.
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator – preferably within the engineering or telecoms industries.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong IT competency including experience with Excel reporting and database management.
- Highly organised with quality document management.
Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum.
Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday.
