- Staff Partners Business are working with a national body shop specialist within the automotive sector who are looking to hire a Compliance Auditor to join them permanently. This position will have you upholding and auditing regulation compliance across the company’s southern region. This position will allow you to choose to be based in either of the Luton, Aylesbury, or Northampton sites.
Key responsibilities- Generate and oversee effective action plans following audit and compliance discoveries.
- Ensure operations meet the BS10125 standards.
- Assisting external auditors.
- Carry out regular audits of company procedures, practices, and documents.
- Inform employees of relevant regulation and procedure updates.
- Provide other general company operations assistance as required.
- Previous experience in the body repair industry.
- Knowledge of legal requirements and procedures for the body repair sector.
- Previous compliance/audit experience.
- IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel across the company’s Sothern Region.
- UK driving licence.
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours: 8 am to 6 pm.
Location: Luton, Aylesbury, or Northampton.
