- Description
- We are currently working with a local client in the Medical and Care sector who are looking to hire a Learning and Development Coordinator/Administrator to join them on a temporary basis for an expected period of 3 months.
Key responsibilities:- Work alongside the Head of Education to coordinate clinical education programs for both internal staff as well as external clients.
- Maintain a database of course records, attendance, and relevant action.
- Work with companies’ clients where needed to provide education programs.
- Work alongside the Corporate Service Director to manage the learning management system to maintain records of staff mandatory training and personal development plans.
- Coordinate a monthly learning and development panel to approve request from staff members.
- Complete both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the education programs and learning and development services provided.
- Support the production of both online and in-person training sessions.
Key requirements:- Previous experience organising/coordinating and delivering training programs required.
- Previous high level administration experience required.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Previous experience working with Learning management systems.
Pay: £12.98 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
Duration: 3 Months (expected).
