Do you have at least 2 years of experience using Sage 50 including Sage payroll?
A family run manufacturing company that has been operating for over 30 years is looking for a permanent part-time Financial Controller who is self-motivated, confident, accurate and personable to join their team. The successful candidate will be able to run the accounts on their own, have a minimum of 2 years Sage 50 experiance including payroll and have been AAT qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Key responsibilities:- Matching and inputting supplier invoices onto Sage.
- Processing payment of all supplier invoices.
- Handling all incoming payments in the form of BACS and Cheques and completing daily bank reconciliations.
- Monthly reporting including P&L and specific reporting for MD using excel.
- Preparation of year end accounts and documents to be submitted for Tax returns.
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT.
- Payroll, including pensions submission for all staff.
- Creation of delivery notes and invoices from customer sales orders and filing the sales orders.
- Ordering of stationery and office supplies.
Hours: 20 Hours a week, days are flexible.
Pay: £16 per hour.
