Do you have an excellent telephone manner?
Are you quick to pick up new internal systems?
We are working with a leading business in Harlow who require temporary support in both their transport and customer service team on an ongoing basis.
You will need to be confident in dealing with both customers and internal team members via the phone. Supporting customers with the location of their deliveries, checking ETA' and giving updates. The ability to pick up internal systems quickly is a must as all information is diligently tracked.
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
