This role is responsible for taking a lead role in improving user journeys across the website and for project management of any technical improvements needed.  In conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Manager drive the SEO strategy to meet the business goals.

This role also supports with writing, editing, enhancing, promoting, and advising on content for all IMI websites.  Responsible for ensuring digital content is up to date, attractively presented to a high standard and delivers for the audience intended. 

To be successful:

Essential Knowledge & Experience

• Knowledge of Drupal 7 and 8
• A can-do and solution-focussed attitude
• Experience of publishing and editing app, website, and email newsletter content
• Experience of using multiple content management systems
• Knowledge of web measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
• Basic HTML knowledge
• A good eye for app and web layout and user experience
• 3 years of work experience in a similar role
• Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC).
• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Excellent content creation and writing skills.
• Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of digital marketing best practice and awareness of the use of social media

Hours: 9am to 5pm

Flexibility with working from home.
